Store Collection

Collect from the Shapes store of your choice within 1–2 working days, free of charge. The person collecting only needs to show the electronic receipt.

Home Delivery

Free Express Delivery on all orders over AED 199. Orders under AED 199 are charged AED 16 for Express Delivery. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days depending on your address.

Remote areas

For remote or hard-to-reach areas within the UAE, please allow up to 7 business days. All other areas are delivered within the standard 1–3 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available across the UAE for a AED 15 service fee, payable with your order total at delivery. Returns on COD orders are refunded as store credit only; we don't offer cash refunds on COD purchases, and the return fee is deducted from the store credit issued.
