Store Collection
Collect your order from the selected Shapes store within 1–2 business days, free of charge.
The person collecting the order only needs to show the electronic order receipt.
Home Delivery
Free Express Delivery on all orders over AED 199. Orders under AED 199 are charged AED 16 for Express Delivery. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days depending on your address.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Available across the UAE for an AED 30 service fee, payable with your order total at delivery. Returns on COD orders are refunded as store credit only; we don't offer cash refunds on COD purchases, and the return fee is deducted from the store credit issued. Remote Areas
For remote or hard-to-reach areas within the UAE, please allow up to 7 business days. All other areas are delivered within the standard 1–3 business days.
GCC Delivery
We ship across the GCC: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar for a flat AED 90 delivery fee. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged on delivery, in line with your country's import regulations. Shapes is not responsible for these charges.
GCC orders are prepaid only (cash on delivery is not available). Please note that international orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 54 547 5204 within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
