The estimated delivery time will be between 1-3 business days, depending on the delivery address.
We have a 14-day return policy. For a refund back to the original payment method, a shipping fee of AED 16 will be deducted from the refunded amount. We also offer free return to any Shapes store.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn or showing signs of wear.

RETURNS TO A SHAPES STORE
You can return or exchange your order at any Shapes store FREE of charge.
You only have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return.
HOME COLLECTION
If you are unable to visit a physical store, you can initiate a return for home collection. A shipping fee of AED 16 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To process your return, please email us at info@shapes.ae with your order number and the item/s you would like to return. Once our team confirms your return, we will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours. Returns typically take 3–5 business days to reach our warehouse.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges at any Shapes store. We also offer exchanges via home collection. Simply email us at info@shapes.ae within 14 days of delivery, and we'll send you a payment link for AED 16 to cover the return shipping. Once received, we'll dispatch your new item with delivery on us.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue together.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or via store credit within 5-7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
