For UAE orders we offer 14-day free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, a shipping fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the refunded amount. We also offer free return to any Shapes store.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear.

We have a 14-day free return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

HOME COLLECTION

RETURNS TO A SHAPES STORE

You can return your order at any Shapes store free of charge.

You only have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), underwear, swimwear, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges at any Shapes store free of charge. We do not offer exchanges through home collection. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or via store credit within 5-7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

GCC RETURNS

Returns from KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar will be handled according to the terms and conditions listed below.

• Returns are available within 14 days when you receive your order.
• Please email info@shapes.ae to request a refund, we will provide the address.
• International returns are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged (Please email us so we can try to help you find the easiest and most cost-effective way of returning).
• Custom duties, taxes and any other return charges to be paid by the customer.
• Please make sure to send your return using tracked delivery and then notify us of the tracking information at info@shapes.ae.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent without using a tracked courier service.
• The refund amount for GCC orders (except UAE) will be calculated after deducting any customs duties or taxes incurred during the shipping of the initial order.
