Refund policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Returns won't be accepted if the item shows signs of wear.

Return to a Shapes Store
Return or exchange at any Shapes store free of charge. Just bring the item(s) and your purchase receipt.
Home Collection
Can't visit a store? Email us at info@shapes.ae with your order number and item(s). Once confirmed, we'll send a courier to collect from your chosen address within 24–48 hours. A AED 16 fee is deducted from your refund. Returns take 3–5 business days to reach our warehouse.
Exchanges
Free exchanges at any Shapes store. For home exchanges, email info@shapes.ae within 14 days, and we'll send a payment link for AED 16 to cover return shipping. We'll then dispatch your new item with delivery on us.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
An AED 15 service fee applies to all COD orders, payable at delivery.
If you return a COD order, your refund is issued as store credit only; we don't offer cash refunds on COD purchases. Only the AED 16 return shipping fee is deducted, and the remaining balance is issued as store credit, which can be used anytime at shapes.ae and is valid for 1 year
If a COD order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund it in full, the store-credit rule applies only to standard returns.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method or store credit within 5–7 business days (COD orders: store credit only).
