We offer 14-day free return to any Shapes store. For home collection returns a shipping fee of AED 20 will apply 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Items on sale can only be returned to our store and are not eligible for home collection.

We have a 14-day FREE return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return. 

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery and are available for full-priced items only. Please note we do not accept returns on discounted items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times.

You can return your order at any Shapes store FREE of charge.

You only have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it out.

Please remember that you do not need to make a return request via the website or the app for in-store returns.

Also, if you cannot make it to a physical store yourself, you can allow someone else to go for you.

HOME COLLECTION

To process your return please log in to your account or email us at info@shapes.ae with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return and the reason. Once our team confirms your return, we will send a courier to pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours. A shipping fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the refunded amount
